MEN'S MINISTRIES

We believe that ministering to men, though challenging, is critical to effecting change in our families, communities, and world.  God has clearly established the man as the Spiritual head of the household, but all too often, many men wither and wilt under this responsibility.  Our desire is to encourage and equip men to love and lead their families just as Christ loves and leads His church.

We do that by engaging in several activities throughout the year such as golf outings and hunting trips.  Of course, these are not just for recreational purposes, we always want to call men up to the man that God created them to be.

PLUG IN

Thursday mornings in the Fall and Spring, come be a part of Men's Fraternity.  Men's Fraternity was created by Dr. Robert Lewis (Senior Pastor, Fellowship Bible Church - Little Rock, AR) and is a comprehensive study where men learn and live the Biblical defijnition of manhood:

1.  Lead Courageously

2.  Accept Responsibility

3.  Reject Passivity

4.  Live in expectation of a heavenly reward

We have completed the first year, "The Quest For Authentic Manhood," and are currently making our way through Year 2, "Winning At Work And At Home."  We start at 6:00 AM on Thursday mornings with fellowship (i.e., donuts & coffee), and then hear from our Pastor until about 7:00 AM  Plenty of time to get you to work on time...so don't use this as an excuse if you're late!
